Nationale-Nederlanden innovates and optimises their customer experience with Keylane SaaS
Keylane and Nationale-Nederlanden (NN) have achieved a milestone in their partnership: One full year of 100.00% uninterrupted service uptime with Keylane SaaS through the period of August 2019 to July 2020, thus, empowering Nationale-Nederlanden to continue developing their customer service and competitive premiums.
With over 6 million private and business customers, Nationale-Nederlanden is one of the biggest and most trusted insurers in the Netherlands, with a clear ambition to remove technical concerns and remain a customer-centric market leader.
Nationale-Nederlanden partnered with Keylane in 2017 to migrate operations away from in-house legacy systems and into Keylane’s SaaS platform Axon.
