Thanks to solutions previously unavailable within Axon’s existing “my environment”, customers can benefit from the following advantages on personal injury claims, among others:
- Third-party access: At any time of the day, users can securely and efficiently grant access to third parties such as claimants, legal advisers, external claims adjusters and employment experts. Smart authorization functions ensure a smooth exchange of information. In doing so, the claims handler works from the familiar Axon system.
- Interaction and overview: The partnership enables interaction with each user within the “my environment” linked to the claims administration. Among other things, this results in an interactive claim state where claim lines are linked to existing messages and files, and vice versa. It provides an interactive and clear claim status and customer journey.
- Multi-tenant: Thanks to flexible APIs, data can be easily accessed and shared with other portals and platforms.
