Keylane Increases Agility with New DevOps Department
Keylane drives increased agility in its operations with the creation of a multi-disciplinary SaaS DevOps department.
Our client’s needs are evolving, from expanding and developing new products and services, to increased efficiency and delivering an enhanced customer experience.
To support these goals, our DevOps department will represent a one-stop-shop in terms of SaaS, technical support and SLA management, while our Project department focuses on any changes to our Axon platform.
The new SaaS DevOps department will work closely with our Project department and product development cycle.
The Project department will focus on delivering exceptional customer service and seamless implementations, including product configuration and data migration.
We are on schedule to launch our new DevOps support department by the 1st of January 2021, and by mid-December we will share further information on the department’s full overview of responsibilities.
