Keylane strengthens digital claims offering with 360Globalnet acquisition

KEYLANE August 4, 2026

Keylane is pleased to announce the acquisition of 360Globalnet, a UK-based insurance technology company specialising in digital claims. The acquisition strengthens Keylane’s Property & Casualty offering and expands its capabilities in claims automation, digital customer engagement and no-code technology.

360Globalnet has an international presence across Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America. At the centre of its offering is SiteView, a no-code digital claims platform that helps insurers orchestrate claims journeys, automate workflows, manage digital site visits and improve communication with customers and other parties involved in a claim.

The platform enables insurers to analyse unstructured claims data and adapt processes quickly without the need for large-scale development programmes. Its flexible architecture allows insurers to modernise specific parts of the claims journey while continuing to integrate with their existing core systems and operational processes.

Strengthening Keylane’s digital claims capabilities

The acquisition broadens Keylane’s Property & Casualty portfolio and strengthens its position in the growing digital claims market.

SiteView brings specialist claims technology, international experience and no-code capabilities to Keylane’s existing insurance offering. Keylane will provide additional scale, long-term stability, insurance technology expertise and operational maturity to support the platform’s continued development and international growth.

The combination supports Keylane’s strategic focus on operational excellence, profitable growth and technology leadership. It will help insurers streamline and modernise claims journeys, reduce operational complexity and deliver faster, more transparent digital experiences to their customers.

SiteView will complement Keylane’s existing Property & Casualty solutions, including its Axon core insurance platform. It will provide insurers with additional flexibility to digitise and automate claims processes alongside their existing technology estates.

The 360Globalnet team will remain in place and continue to develop and support the SiteView platform as part of Keylane. The 360Globalnet corporate brand will transition to Keylane over time, while the SiteView name will remain active in the market as SiteView, a Keylane product.

Keylane will preserve the flexibility, innovation and claims expertise that have made SiteView successful, while exploring opportunities to provide additional resources, expertise and support across products, teams and international markets.

John Reynders, CEO of Keylane, said:

“Claims is becoming an increasingly important part of the customer experience. Insurers are under pressure to deliver faster, more transparent and more digital claims journeys while also reducing operational complexity.

“360Globalnet has developed a highly flexible platform that allows insurers to modernise and automate claims processes quickly, without the need for large and disruptive transformation programmes. SiteView is a strong complement to our existing Property & Casualty offering and adds valuable expertise in digital claims, no-code technology and customer communication.

“By bringing together 360Globalnet’s specialist capabilities with Keylane’s scale, insurance expertise and international reach, we can accelerate the development of SiteView and deliver even greater value to insurers and their customers.”

James Harding, COO at 360Globalnet, said:

“Joining Keylane marks an exciting next step for 360Globalnet, our customers and the SiteView platform. We have built SiteView to help insurers transform claims journeys quickly and practically, while continuing to work alongside their existing systems and processes.

“Keylane shares our commitment to developing innovative, robust and customer-focused insurance technology. Its scale, market reach and operational expertise will give us an even stronger foundation from which to invest in SiteView, support our customers and pursue new opportunities internationally.

“Our team will remain in place, and our commitment to our customers and partners remains unchanged. We look forward to continuing the SiteView journey as part of Keylane.”

Both organisations share a strong focus on insurance technology, customer value and long-term partnerships. By combining their strengths, Keylane and 360Globalnet will accelerate innovation in digital claims, broaden their international reach and help insurers deliver more efficient and engaging claims experiences.
