Strong position in Celent’s ABCD Vendor View
Celent positions Keylane Plexus as one of the strongest life and pension policy administration systems.
Plexus holds a strong position in Celent’s ABCD Vendor View December 2019, a biennial analysis of policy administration systems available to life insurers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The analysis is based on Celent’s evaluation of 19 vendors of life insurance policy administration systems.
Keylane’s life and pension platform Plexus ranks high in terms of Advanced Technology and Depth of Customer Service. According to Celent, Keylane offers a modern system with robust features and functions, as well as comprehensive and well-documented API’s. While Plexus’s Customer Base is regarded average, growth is expected shortly due to migration of current customers on other Keylane systems to Keylane’s SaaS platform Plexus.
Customer Feedback on the Plexus platform positions Keylane between 4 to 4.5 out of 5 in Functionality (4.3), Technology (4.1), Integration/API’s (4.5), Implementation (4.2) and Support (4.0).
“We greatly appreciate these high scores from our customers which confirms the advanced technology and high standards of our future-proof SaaS platform Plexus for life and pension. Our customers’ valued feedback is a driving force in our endeavours to be the leading SaaS provider for insurance and pension in Europe,” says Ralf Timmer, CEO of Keylane. “With Keylane Plexus, Keylane has a strong asset to expand further in its target markets and valuably serve local insurers looking for a strong group life and pension policy administration system.” EMEA Policy Administration Systems 2019 Life, Annuities, and Pension ABCD Vendor View, Celent
