Corona Direct Verzekeringen and Keylane announced today that Corona Direct Verzekeringen, a Belgian insurer, and a pioneer in the insurance industry, has taken the decision to replace their core systems with Axon, Keylane's SaaS platform for Non-Life insurers.

Corona Direct Verzekeringen is committed to offering a full digital experience for their customers, with unique and innovative products, such as car insurance per kilometre and home insurance per cubic meter.

By adopting Axon, Corona Direct Verzekeringen, can execute their cloud-first approach, enabling more flexibility and resilience for the future by executing their aggressive growth strategy and provisioning the possibility for them to scale up.

Axon runs in a controlled and secure private cloud environment that will fully integrate with Corona Direct Verzekeringen’s technology landscape, enabling them to be future-ready with an enhanced digital multimedia platform. The insurer will deploy Axon to fully support all their core processes, including Sales and Distribution, Policy and Claims Management, Collections & Disbursements, and Communications to improve their customer service and satisfaction.
