Keylane receives assurance report for Hosting

Ernst & Young has recently issued an ISAE3402 type 1 assurance report for the Keylane hosting service, which is responsible for the delivery of SaaS (Software as a Service). As an independent auditor, Ernst & Young has scrutinised the control measures, with this quality mark as a good result.

ISAE 3402 is an international standard for outsourcing. The assurance report consists of type 1 and type 2. For type 1, they look at the set-up and control measures. For type 2, they also test how the processes work during a period of at least six months.

Not only the hosting at Keylane was assessed; Ernst & Young also looked at how the software development organisation works and at the control measures of the software suite for non-life insurers. Ernst & Young issued a type 1 statement for these aspects, as well.
