Keylane announces full country layer support for German car insurance providers

KEYLANE September 15, 2021

After considerable investment, Axon, our fully integrated web-based policy and claim administration solution for the P&C insurance industry, covering the Benelux, Nordic & DACH regions, now offers full country layer support for German car insurance providers.

We are proud to offer our German clients full process integration support for German car insurance products (“KFZ”) such as, among others, PKW, LKW and Motorrad. This ensures full regional compliance for our German clients operating in a heavily regulated industry that demands unrestricted communication and data-sharing between various parties.

“Lukas van Grunsven, Chief Delivery Officer P&C: “Each country has their own set of regulations, processes and interfacing standards that need to be supported. As a vendor of a standard solution, you can’t walk away from this. And thanks to our development department, our local implementation specialists and our clients’ experts, we have been able to implement the support for all German car insurance standards in Axon.”

Axon now comes with support for VWB, eVB and SFR, thereby enabling our clients to automate their policy application and management processes. Next to that, Axon now supports GDV-Schadennetz when handling claims, facilitating insurance companies to effortlessly communicate with claim partners for repairs and assessments of claims.

Enabling lasting partnerships

Keylane works to build long term partnerships by unburdening insurance providers through emerging technology that meets the demands of regulation and fully adheres to local market compliancy.

Supporting the full needs and customisation requirements of our international customers and partners is at the heart of everything we do, and with Axon now enabled to support the German country layer, German insurance providers have the peace of mind of working with a trusted partner that is fully compliant within the market in which they operate.
