How to Take the Next Steps in Insurance and Pension IT
Successful Second Edition of Keylane Forward Client EventHow can insurance and pension companies further streamline their core processes for increased productivity and improved customer engagement? What are the upcoming innovations? On Tuesday 1st November, over a hundred people from the European financial industry came to the Keylane Forward Client Event in Maarssen (NL) to learn more about new technologies and best practices, and also for networking with their peers.
Keylane and IBM Watson
In the plenary part, Roger Peverelli, co-author of the book Reinventing Financial Services, inspired the audience on disruptive innovations in the insurance industry. His presentation was followed by Keylane in cooperation with IBM to show some specific applications of IBM Watson’s robotics for the insurance industry such as of speech recognition technology and predictive modelling. Ralf Timmer, executive board member at Keylane, gave an update on how Keylane will translate the digitalisation trends in her roadmap, and also told about the strategy on localisation of Keylane’s standard solutions in the countries like Belgium, Germany, Norway and Finland.
Pay How You Drive
Later in the afternoon there were various parallel sessions. Non-life delegates were told about the various new functionalities Keylane have developed and saw a demonstration of Keylane’s new Collections and Disbursements features. There was also a session from the Dutch insurer Unigarant how they implemented a Pay How You Drive insurance with Keylane. In the Life and Pension domain there were also several inspirational presentations, including demos of Keylane’s employee benefits platform and pension communication portal and a lively animation that showed how Keylane supports the full digital pension chain.
