Document management and composition software
Hyarchis is the supplier of Document Management (HDM) and Document Composition (HDC) software. HDM digitalises and structures document flows and uses import flows to achieve automated document storage. All document types, from e-mail to scanned documents and from generated letters to received documents, are collected in Hyarchis’ Document Management.
With Hyarchis’ Document Composition, outgoing customer and participant communication is automated by means of letter templates. This ensures that outgoing communication always runs efficiently and effectively. The letters can be produced per participant or in bulk for all participants at once and are automatically stored in the digital archive (HDM).
