P+ shares insights on their visionary pension scheme selection solution

As is tradition, we are sponsoring the Liv & Pension conference form 11 to 12 September in Copenhagen. This year, one of our customers, P+, is featured in the programme. The Danish pension fund P+ will deliver an inspiring presentation on their visionary approach to creating a digital and user-friendly solution for their members during the pension scheme selection process.

In 2023, the Danish pension fund P+ offered its more than 80,000 members the opportunity to switch their pension schemes from average interest rate to market interest. The goal was to design a digital decision-making process that made the transition straightforward for members while ensuring they received sufficient advice to make an important personal financial decision.

On the second day of the conference, COO Lene Mortensen from P+ will share their experiences and considerations with a digital selection process powered by our standard industry platform, Plexus. Keylane Life & Pension provided all the underlying selection logic for members’ policies and managed the selection workflow using Plexus’ event-driven engine. The digital process is built on the exchange of data regarding the member’s current coverage, which is retrieved from Plexus’ API services.
