Leveraging AI to elevate customer service excellence

At Keylane Life & Pension, our priority is to continually enhance the SaaS solutions and services we provide to the life and pension industry. As part of this commitment, we are exploring the exciting potential of artificial intelligence (AI) to better meet our customers’ evolving needs. By leveraging AI, we aim to improve communication, optimise processes, and elevate data quality and accessibility – ultimately helping our customers make informed decisions and experience more efficient, seamless services.

AI in the migration process
One of the major challenges in the life and pension industry is the complexity of pension data migration, which can create uncertainty and disrupt the customer experience. To address this,  Keylane Life & Pension has developed a proof of concept (PoC) to explore how AI can better streamline the migration process. Our current migration reports identify success metrics, but they sometimes return ‘undefined’ issues that can delay resolutions. Given our customers’ expectations for fast, accurate data migrations with minimal disruption, we are focusing on how AI can help alleviate these pain points.

By training an AI engine in a private cloud, we aim to automatically analyse migration reports and recommend solutions based on previous successful outcomes. This will reduce manual interventions, save time, and offer better results for our customers. We are also exploring ways to integrate parts of the codebase of our SaaS solution, Plexus, into the AI engine, enabling it to diagnose even the most complex, undefined issues and offer quicker and more accurate problem resolutions.

Our ultimate goal is to deliver meaningful benefits to our customers through AI-driven advancements. By improving process efficiency and ensuring smoother data migrations, we empower our customers to focus on what matters most – enhancing customer experiences and running efficient business operations.
