Scildon selects Keylane Plexus to replace IT systems
Scildon and Keylane announced today, that Scildon has selected Keylane Plexus to consolidate and modernise Scildon’s core IT systems on a future-oriented SaaS platform.
It is Scildon’s aim to become a leading digital insurer, offering excellent service to their customers, at low premiums and with optimal customer experience. Not only to meet increased demands for digitalisation in the industry, but also to grow their business based on low costs and strong products. Scildon was looking for an end-to-end platform to reduce complexity and modernise their IT landscape.
The Plexus implementation at Scildon includes client, employer and broker portals, interfaces with for example Benefits Plaza and all the local required systems at Scildon. With Plexus, supported by SaaS services from Keylane, Scildon is able to integrate term life insurance, investment insurance and DC pensions on a single platform and cross-link back office workflows and customer journeys, resulting in greater process efficiency and a highly improved self-service.
