New digital solution at Arbejdernes Landsbank
To streamline the work of financial advisers and improve customer experience, Arbejdernes Landsbank has introduced a new functionality on its website that enables customers to obtain a holistic overview of their budget and helps advisers provide instant online financial planning at the same time.
One of the largest Danish banks, Arbejdernes Landsbank, is experiencing remarkable growth in their customer base partly due to the bank’s continues recognition as the Danes’ favourite bank for the last 10 consecutive years. This has led to more business than usual in the bank’s branches and all call centres – and to streamline the work of advisers and further improve customer experience Arbejdernes Landsbank partnered up with Keylane to develop a new budget planning tool on their website.
“We were looking for a solution that could be quickly executed”, says Henrik Poulsen, IT Manager at Arbejdernes Landsbank. “Keylane was the right choice – the company offers a number of standard APIs for budget calculations, and their sandbox environment is easy to access,” Henrik Poulsen continues.

The new solution has been welcomed by both advisers and customers after go-live, and Arbejdernes Landsbank is now looking into the possibilities of further developing the solution.
