Møretrygd is geared to meet future demands
Norwegian insurer Møretrygd has gone live on Keylane’s standard SaaS platform Axon on 1 December 2019.
From this date all renewals from Møretrtygd’s private customers will be managed in Axon and as of 1 January 2020 all new sales will be processed in Axon as well. In 2020 all existing private customers will be migrated to Axon and the implementation for the commercial products will start.
The move to one future-oriented platform that ensures operational excellence, compliance and improved customer experience has been part of Møretrygd’s strategy to strengthen its market position. Møretrygd will use Axon for the full support of its sales and distribution including agents, billing and collections as well as policy and claims management. Keylane will take care of all core operational processes and ensure compliance while Møretrygd can focus on developing its business, launching new products and offering the best self-service options to its customers.
