Keylane Continues Growth

KEYLANE April 21, 2016

Today insurance and pension companies are more and more aware that they need smart technology as a backbone to support successful day-to-day operations. They clearly see the benefits of for example integrated front, mid and back office support, straight through processing and easy omni-channel distribution. As a result, Keylane is pleased to welcome many new customers and to be involved in various large modernisation projects.

Non-life Insurance

Digitisation and customer self-service are important themes in the non-life insurance market. They are key to the new large modernisation projects Keylane is working on in the Netherlands and Belgium. In addition, we are introducing telematics for a Dutch customer and launching new commercial products in Belgium and Germany for a European insurer.

Life Insurance

In the life insurance market we are busy with a large closed books migration project in the Netherlands. We also run a challenging new business implementation in the UK. We experience lots of opportunities in life insurance migrations in the UK and the Keylane solution proves to be a competitive solution.

Pension

Recently we successfully implemented the Keylane pension solution for a Dutch pension fund and started a second phase to implement a member portal. For another Dutch customer we are making good progress in a challenging project to support a new form of pension fund (APF, Dutch abbreviation).

Software as a Service

In replacing legacy systems business are beginning to turn to Software as a Service (SaaS). We noticed that this trend has strongly developed into the insurance and pension market, as hundred percent of the deals we closed in 2015 are SaaS deals.

New Employees

Because of the growing business, Keylane is continuously strengthening its team with experienced professionals. Thirty new employees joined Keylane in the first quarter of 2016.
