Digital Innovation Award

Keylane are delighted to announce their success in the prestigious Life Insurance International Innovation Awards 2017 held on the 16th of November at a gala dinner at the Tower Hotel in London. In a strongly contested field Keylane achieved the award for Digital Innovation International – Technology Firms.
Keylane is continually pushing the boundaries of how it is possible with advanced digital technology to improve the experience and quality of service insurers are able to provide for their customers.

Keylane’s financial planning tool, is a modern tool Keylane has developed for guiding customers during financial planning and providing them with a compliant, transparent and 360o financial overview. A great addition to Keylane’s holistic advisory solutions and it helped to convince the judging panel that Keylane deserved to win the award for digital innovation.

The awards gala dinner followed on from the Life Insurance International Innovation Forum which ran with the theme: “Innovate or Become Extinct”. Keylane’s Graham Newman gave a speech focusing on the potential for innovation in insurance services and value to consumers enabled by the mass expansion in the creation and availability of digital, personal data.

Congratulate all winners

There were eight contested awards and an Editor’s Choice award. The contested awards were judged by a panel of industry experts and commentators. We would like to congratulate all the other winners, particularly Aditya Birla Health Insurance which topped the evening by winning three awards, and OPAL and Square Health who received awards for the Best Business Transformation and Digital Innovation UK & Ireland – Technology Firms respectively.
