Belfius Insurance signs contract with Keylane

Belgian insurer Belfius Insurance has signed a contract for the implementation of Keylane’s non-life policy and claims administration system.Belfius Insurance implements QIS, Keylane’s full platform for non-life insurance, supporting all core processes, both the selling and administration of policies and the handling of claims. “Keylane’s proven track record and the excellent support of QIS for omni-channel distribution and digitalisation have convinced us that implementation will be a success,” says Herbert Carracillo, CIO of Belfius Insurance.

First implementation in Belgium
