Keylane awarded EcoVadis Bronze Medal – strengthening sustainability

Sustainability performance plays an increasingly important role in how technology partners are evaluated. Whether in RFIs, RFPs or ongoing assessments by customers and procurement teams, transparency around environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices has become a business requirement. 

We are therefore proud to share that Keylane Group has been awarded a Bronze Medal in the EcoVadis sustainability rating, placing us among the top 35% of companies in our industry. 

For our insurance and pensions customers, this provides independent external validation of how we manage sustainability risks, governance, opportunities and responsible business practices across our organisation, from environmental impact to ethics and responsible procurement.  

EcoVadis is a globally recognised sustainability platform that assesses companies in four areas: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. 

The assessment offers an objective benchmark of our policies, processes and performance, providing transparency and reassurance that sustainability is integrated into how we operate and not treated as an afterthought. 

Strengthening our foundation in 2025 

In 2025, Keylane further professionalised its sustainability approach at Group level. We assessed our ESG impact, identified improvement areas, and implemented enhanced data management through Key ESG to support analysis and reporting. We also strengthened our sustainability policies, reinforcing clear standards on integrity, wellbeing, and responsible business practices.
